I'd love to buy it off you David and probably would've done so already had it been fitted with a sunroof
especially as my V6 is to all intents and purposes dead and won't start after getting a flat battery 2
months ago!! Not 100% about cashflow this coming few weeks though so need to be careful!

I've just this week seen someone changing a roof skin on a car to remove a sunroof.

You could always do it the other way around if you have a donor to get a roof skin from!!

I really can't understand why people don't want a sunroof in most new cars - you could just close the blind! I guess
it's more to do with the headroom they rob in some cars where there's already limited space though. I have mine fully
opened or tilted as soon as the ignition is turned in every car I drive and in fact am sitting in an Activa here now in the
falling darkness with the roof right open and love the fresh air! Even in the usual grim weather the roof get's tilted!

I have seen a Cx have a sunroof removed and understand why this job is sometimes easier to repair having got a
Cx GTi T2 which has a duff surround.

Right..... This is getting daft……. After telling people the best offer after 7th November gets the car I haven’t had any offers!!

Someone must want to get the use of a lovely Xantia V6……

I am going to reduce the price of the car to see if I can tempt anyone to give it a good home.....
