Citroens must go, Edited!

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Citroens must go, Edited!

Post by stinkwheel » Thu Feb 05, 2015 9:13 am

Basically in a nutshell, we are changing our lifestyle a bit, so some of the projects MUST go, now that means they get sold here or they get scrapped if no takers. I am sorry for being so blunt, but this is the situation im in.

So...

L reg BX TZD estate many miles and a few little jobs needs doing (octopus ideally and a regulator rebuild, maybe a clutch. The car has lots of good aspects, little rust, lots of new pipework etc.

K reg BX 16TXI needs octopus also and probably valve stem seals and a going over.

XM no longer for sale a because I'm an idiot and in deep deep smelly stuff with the other half !

Im asking only around scrap money, depening on each cars good/bad bits.

Any takers please get in touch.

Gutted, I have friends in Wellingborough I visit every so often, I'd have snapped up that series 1 XM if I was due over anytime soon!

G reg XM series 1, 2nd earliest car known left in UK rhd form, basically works apart from intermittent starting issue (probably fuel pump related)
That is the white XM as seen at the National and 25th I believe and was there an earlier thread with pictures and other info! It is a shame you have to pass on the car Matt but hopefully a good home will be found! With regards, Matthew T.

Thanks Matthew,

We are staying with the XM for charlotte, she is getting a S2 2.1 TD at the weekend. This one is just not fair to be used all the time and we have too many cars anyway :)
