If, by bad luck, it ends up being broken be very interested in the diesel pump. Hopefully the car can be rescued though.

Weather was bad over the weekend; will try and get some photos taken, this coming weekend; weather permitting; or maybe one morning before work, if the weather and light allows

I have a 2.1td engine - that needs to come out of a car - with a bosch pump on it !

HG done - check
recent clutch - check
Bosch pump - check

Something else that I've remembered; the kick-down cable is broke (where it goes around the top pulley - could be repaired)

Very nice, im looking at the gloss door pillars and thinking that would look great with all the vertical trims finished in black gloss........................when ive just done all mine mat

To help me decide (the fate of the XM), what would you offer, for the diesel pump ?

I had (still have) an eBay saved-search for an XM diesel-injection-pump, and I only ever saw ONE get listed; and that went for £250, plus shipping (fairly recently). Mind you; that was an unused example.

Yeah, but it looks original Dean. Darren Cross has painted his windscreen rubber trims in black gloss and I have to say it works extremely well. Decisions decisions.....

I thought your SED was Mandarin Justin. Don't know why I thought that. Anyway it looks like a very nice car.
