VSX CT. on auto trader.

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Almost certainly, but the seller was completely unaware of the problem until I pointed it out. Probably a useful xm for someone with a spare oil cooler and at a reduced price. Also, for a quote "well maintained" xm, hydraulic oil level was very low, offside strut top looked pretty bad.

Oh I know that feeling, C5 I looked at recently, advertised as 'Good condition inside and out' had so much play in the steering it was verging on outright dangerous, and a filthy, ragged interior that smelled of cat piss.

Yes it was, really had to stop myself visibly turning my nose up in front of the owner! :o

Although at least he didn't close the door on me with the window closed, trapping me in the car like in the video :D

My XM has been my daily car for over 16 months now, just before that it was used alongside my Scenic. She's just gone over 150,000 miles and seems to be doing well. I'd like to take her off the road for a good service but until the Scenic is fixed she'll have to keep going. I still have wild ideas about fitting a HDi...

It's hard to believe what some people think is good condition but then again the way some people treat their cars and the way they drive it beggars belief. I'm sure once cameras/black boxes become mandatory some people will never get insured again. - Sorry for straying from the thread!
