Nice Turbo

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Ok Andrew, it is an Automatic, but surely at 42k you would be able to have confidence that the auto-box will not fail?!

It is a nice looking one Robert! Surprised I'm warming to white Xm's actually.

Thing is, for another 80+k miles or so it may not fail mechanically but it
manage to totally irritate me for every one of those miles as it hangs onto
the lower gears as the revs run too high and it fidgets around it's speed
banded changes - normally differently geared to all the other jap/euro
trash in their top gear at 28.7532 mph.

Autoadaptive is only the way to go. Best buy a 24v Xant or Xm then!!

Andrew

That's not a real problem, if you drive through town at about 35mph like everyone else does, its not a problem!! I find myself speeding up so I can get it into 3rd, and then ease off a couple of mph, so it holds 3rd wiothout changing down. Its irritating, but you get used to it.

Has he erroneously listed it as air con? I thought the dialed S2 panels were climate control, not air con.
