I will have a look at the Bio stuff if need be but the results aren't too bad as it stands. Still needs some more time in the sun but seeing as it's slinging it down . . .

It was good to hear you have had some success with cleaning the headlining Neil. May I also dare to suggest that once in the car you will rarely look at the ceiling which is also generally in shadow!! Regards, Matthew T.

I've spent enough time faffing about with this bloody thing so a wee bit longer to get it right won't hurt. Once it's in it's not coming back out!

After leaving it to dry out properly it's come out very well tbh. There's three or four marks that need to be removed but it should look okay when they're done.

I need a favour. As this headlining has come out of a car with no sunroof I am going to have to make the solid aperture that enables the headlining to nestle up to the sunroof.

I think that is Robert's photo of his G plated car.

The trim piece looks like material over foam. The depth from the flat of the roof lining to the sliding tray is 2.5cm and from the sunvisor protrusion, 3.5cm. You should be able to measure this from the underside of the sunroof cassette.
