I just thought I'd point out to anyone else pondering this car, it was the fact that my circumstances changed dramatically over the weekend that stopped me from buying it. I never even got to go over and have a look so please do not read anything into me appearing to be keen then it's still for sale!

Having fixed the primer, it now starts pretty smartly. I had got used to having to give it a couple of cranks before it fired. That leak must have been getting worse over time. This year I had already changed all of the injector leak back hoses and by-passed the fuel heater. So happy it's now cured.

XM viewed, XM liked, XM bought... Honestly, that Citroen advert where they say 'nothing moves you like a Citroen'...it's so true! After too many years out of the hydropneumatic saddle the 50 or so miles I did today felt soooooo good!!
