ebay Xm - surely that strut top is failing!?

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

and that gearbox leak that doesn't look "that drastic" looks bad really, judging by the black swamp
visible in the side view. Or is it just a shadow!?

Bargain for 500 then? :?

Looking at the stains around the water filler, doesn't fill one with confidence :(

Its not the tidiest car on earth. If it was local to me, I would try and buy it for £200 and break it. Its the same colour (I think) as my series 2 Xm, so would be handy to have as a spares car for the panels that are the same colour.

That is a big gearbox leak by the looks of it. I would be worried that there is little left in the box to leak out!

That sphere does look like its touching the body as well, there is a bit of a gap on the otherside in comparison.

Even I think its had better days and I buy all sorts of rubbish, definitly looks like a head gasket candidate, I don't know that the strut top is much worse than mine, only mine is oily :D Don't think I will be bidding on it.

That strut top isn't that bad, well not as bad as this -

It's sad to see XMs looking so forlorn.

He will actually let it go for the £200 though, so if the engine is a runner then it's a reasonable price. The patch under the car looks like rain water.

Missing engine oil dipstick too, it does appear to be a bit of a shunter TBH...

Body looks Ok though, besides the back window....
