Hi John,thought that might be a useful spare to have, the last one cost me £90,half the cit dealer price,but the p/n search shows that it is only applicable to the xsara XUD9 fuel system.

Had a quick look in a rather dated autodata.
That seems to list KCA 17 S 42's with slightly varying pressure settings for neary all the XUD engines.
If there are no takers I will probably rob it for the sensor lead which has the same plug as the 2.5 KCE's.

Hi John,
It seems a shame to scrap it in view of the high replacement cost, but for use in an Epic 2.1TD it would need the pop pressure adjusting and maybe also a different nozzle. The nozzle part numbers differ for the 2.1TD and Xsara according to Citroen Service ie 1984.91 and 1984.77. A new nozzle costs £36.

Would only rob it if I ran out of 2.5 sensor ones to refurbish so it will be around in the injector box for a good while yet.
Chances are that someone will want it before then, just seemed a pity to put it in there without offering it on.
