Isn't it strange that the BX was the ugly duckling but is not coming right back into vogue for it's styling, it seems to be growing on me more and more recently, I guess its due to the sharp creases, as opposed to rounded corners.

I know exactly what you mean Will. I am really liking the early BX's with the smaller indicators at the moment...It was the early red A reg one at the ICCCR that started it. Hence why I got the little BX.
I must admit, Norev 1/18 scale models are very good valve the Ami is quite a very nice model indeed. I have an Orange Mehari too, which was missed off the photo. Also excellent detail. The DS has adjustable suspension, which is fun, the CX even has the rotating dials in full detail.
Highly recommend Norev.

I see someone else has a collection...Nice models there Franklin. And some in Glass cases. If only.. the dusting is a nightmare with mine. I use an old soft brush to clean them up. But now and again, I have to bite the bullet and they have a proper clean.
I have a CX like your rally version, but mine was so scabby I repainted it and turned it into a Pallas. Rebuilt the rear bumper ect. It sort of needs restoration again..I'll get some pics of it.

Well there you go guys, get collecting...bit cheaper than the real thing, but not as fun!
