OK I'll start this off at a solid £2K If I was putting her on the open market I'd be kicking off around £2500 to see if anyone was keen.

I met Brad and saw the car on Saturday. Lovely bloke and one immaculate XM. That's a great price it went for, but surprised it didn't go for more. I'd say someone has got a bargin.

The new owner is collecting it tomorrow - flying in from Northern Ireland.

I think the price was fair although I am certain a car this original, cosseted and cared for - and never welded, resprayed or touched up - would be impossible to find.

I'm signing off this forum now and thank you all for a great time here. Now I am a non car owner, I need to turn attentions elsewhere.
