£10,000 xm !!!

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Only one of them is an estate though - and that needs a head gsaket, or worse.

Hi all

I see from the advert it says that it is sold. I've also seen on the Car and Classics website another 3.0l 24v being offerred for £8.5K.

I like my 24v and it's a lovely car to drive but these prices are frankly somewhat ridiculous! Maybe I should have bought Alex Moulton's 24v.

The same thought crossed my mind! At the price being asked for it a couple of thousand could have been spent on recommissioning and a healthy profit was still to be had. Has the world gone mad?

Isn't a 2.1 going to feel awfully slow compared with a 2.0CT?

Having never driven a CT I wouldn't know, probably not but does a CT do 50 mpg? :D

Mind you, I looked at C6 prices last week - cheapest was a 2005 at £11500. That is ridiculous!
