It's normal, no one will try and sell a car at the cheap end of the scale between December and Feb, due to the run upto and the fall out after christmas, or you won't unless you have no brain. There is simply no money abut most who would be in the market for such a car will have blown it all over xmas. Makes a great time to buy though as prices are always depressed, but I never even try to sell in that period!
