Scrap prices are on the fall. They were £150/tonne when I called them a couple of weeks ago, down from £170 a month before that.

£110 for a scrap XM isn't much, whats that about £85/£90 a tonne.

Interesting - scrap's still up over here...a friend took a car in a couple of days ago and it was £170 a ton.

Yep, I've got my V6!
Well, not 100% true as I haven't physically got the car back yet and it won't be back for a couple of weeks due to logistical reasons, but will get pictures ASAP and post them up.

They do have a lovely noise and seeing that it's only done around 50-odd thousand miles (1991 J Reg) it's barely run in too.
BTW, does anyone know what's the lowest mileage PRV V6 around in the XM circles?

Unfortunately I don't think it will be at the CXM Rally, but it WILL be at the National Rally...there's no excuse really, as it's only 2 miles away!

That is good news as it is quite close to us and much easier than last year. Hopefully I can persuade the family to come and bring two XMs!! Look forward to seeing to all there. Matthew T.

I did quite well last year, think i only missed the Stratford one out of the larger events.
