Re: 3 litre XM 2000, poss sale.
Had a nice mini-drive today, just to blow cobwebs (that I DO have, lurking in mirrors!) plus fetch a loaf from 'Mark's Bakery' here in Bristol.
It's worth the 5 mile drive.
Filled up at Asda -cheapest fuel in town, before it goes up even further!
Usually keep off roads at this time when all the folk who can't drive appear on the roads!
seasoned greetings to all Citroen madmen!

Might trade XM for a equiv value C3 Picasso (Petrol) if anyone fancies moving up.

Well, wife thinks C3 Pic "too big" after seeing one in car park!
Maybe I should show her a Cactus?
(I have a secret love for Nissan Cube....Mk 3but she thinks -like a few? - it's ugly!)
Still great to see the Blue limo here! But health still a hassle.

Still here-glowing in rare sunshine!.
This was the last 3 litre car sold in UK before the C5 was introduced; used for first year as Citroen's MD chauffeur-driven car, then Shaun Lilley got it for his Father-in-law....then me.
Still only 42777 miles as of today.
I'd guess the lowest mile XM left?

Re: 3 litre XM 2000, poss sale.
Each time I drive it, I remember how nice it is to be in! But my age-related ailments are restricting any long journeys. A pity as the Fish Shack in tynemouth is due a visit in early August. Looks like we're.....flying up!
Thanks to all the folk who've got in touch.
the car's still as good as ever. Is this the lowest mile XM left?
I thought so when I got it last year, as I ignored 'common sense' and indulged my Citroen fandom!
No regrets.

Had an enquiry from........Japan! Though I'd prefer it to stay in UK; plus, it'd be less hassle.
Slowly getting to be a classic, alongside the CX, though not yet at DS levels!
I'm guessing there aren't too many left in UK -they're still highly rated in Netherlands my dutch neighbour tells me.
