Dont know for sure if the 12V PRV uses the same pump, looks the same.
I have 2 spares, breaking a 12v which has been beyond repair..

water pump update!
So after several weeks I have my unrepaired water pump back from the eBay "classic car water pump reconditioning specialists".
They said the they had 4 tonnes of pressure on the pulley and heated it up and could not get it off.
I stuck it on the press at work at I think the gauge didn't even hit 2 tonnes before the pulley started moving....
The black paint on the pulley out of a rattle can survived the heat they allegedly applied too.
So following a suggestion of someone on here I popped over to SP waterpumps today and dropped the pump off, it'll be ready tomorrow. Wish I'd tried them weeks ago.

Hi Paul, I did try it but it leaked worse than mine. I didn't buy it to use it though I bought it to use the pulley off it as I was told my pulley wouldn't come off. I may get it rebuilt by SP and keep it on one side as a spare.

I was pleased to hear that SP was able to assist you Darren and they also served me well. My only criticism was in relation to repainting the pump black, when it should be silver, but that was soon sorted! Regards, Matthew T.

My pump came out of SP looking like new. They'd blasted the alloy and the impeller and left them like that and then painted the pulley black which strictly speaking isn't factory as the pulley should be zinc plated but as you can't see it when fitted I'm not too bothered about. SP also fitted an updated more modern seal so should last a few good years now. I dropped the pull off at 3 in the afternoon yesterday and got a call at half nine this morning to say it was done! Great service.
