I guess you can go get XM spares easily, even in Japan, but with a car where less than forty remain in the country, one takes what one can get when one can get it.

I can see your point. As far as XM spares in Japan goes, the importer still seems to have a good supply of new parts. But my model sold less than forty in total in the whole country.
