My recentley aquired S1 V6 ( ex Dukes car) was indeed a cat c, absolutley no problems for me , this car is now re-registered in France, no problems with its new control technique and subsequent registration

first thing,missed it Not sure who has bought it they said it was a private person but who knows.
got 6 xm cars inc estate,s at present.
If anyone requires any parts 2 are there for spares.
Good look to the new owner of the v reg ilver h/back

Just after the sale I drove up to somewhere very rural just north of Shrewsbury to meet the new owner.
Was scrapping a S reg silver estate at the time so took up a bonnet and other bits.
He had just driven down from Scotland in a green N reg 2.5 estate with some bits for me.
We looked over a gate at a SORN green 2.5 estate with a cracked windscreen I was thinking of buying.
That car determined the swap spot.
He went west for the Holyhead ferry and I did eventually decline the estate due to the problems of getting it home.

We though we would wait and see how long it took to get noticed that Robert had bought the car.
Never expected it to be nearly two years.
A very early and a very late XM both low mileage were expected to made a very nice pair of long term keepers.
But Robert uses his cars and found he could not justify keeping both.
Difficult decision when you have put a lot of work in returning the cars to near original.
Pleased to see the Mk2 car has found a new owner that will cherish it.
