3 litre XM 2000,XXXX.....SOLD

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

No, that was not me! If I were in the market to buy another YR 2000 V6-24 I'd acquire it here in Japan. I know of some low mileage models in excellent condition for sale. But not cheap. Perhaps the inquiry came from someone looking for a bargain.

Off to gloucester for 2 new tyres, plus PROPER balance, soon.
Tony Bones in St Albans good for this; luckily i can get same service nearer to Bristol.
Amazing how much better a well balanced car is-though yet to experience this on a Citroen-was good on my LS400.
Enjoying the odd trundle in the car, but still for sale to serious Citroen fan-age (of owner) related deterioration a cause!

It is a shame you don't feel you are able to get the benefit from your car after trying so hard to find the right one.

I have recently bought back into the V6 experience with a Xantia that is providing the basis of a very good car, but there are a few niggles to sort out but nothing too desperate or preventing me from enjoying it as it is.

Good to have efficient air-con recently! In a car where everything works!

Better add me to that 'back to Citroen' list as well.
Sold my (unique?-nearly) CX Turbo 2 AUTO! about 8 years ago and had 3 LS400s and an ElGrand van in the meantime. Thought my Citroen days were over, but couldn't resist Shaun's pristine, 42K mile car.
Pity my age-related ailments are making me reconsider....though I still like being in the car!

The Xantia must be nice with a 3L engine, but not quite the aura?

The V6 Xantia is a very nice car, and exceedingly rapid when the revs are up!

At the moment I am busy getting a house ready to sell, so I haven't had much time to fiddle about with the Xantia but it is proving to do what I want. I was actually down to Stroud last weekend in it to visit Mum and it did about 600 miles with no issues. Surprisingly, I am not finding it quite as economical as the XM with the same engine, I don't think I am driving it any harder...

Aerodynamics of XM take a bit of beating!
And a lot better than Elgrand (our son has one - thirsty, what!?).

Got my XM 3 litre on French Car Site too.
Just over 43K miles now.

ElGrand van is classed as economic in Japan! Nice Nissan 3.5 V6 engine though; used in 350Z for 15 years!!, ....and Renault Espace
