Ebay - Big Cit Lot...

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Ebay - Big Cit Lot...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Genuine-Citroen-C ... 1e598bc062

Just spotted this lot, couple of biggish XM items, like 2 ECU's, aren't they about £800 each, or am I thinking of something else?!?!

Good lot if you're a mechanic & or autojumbler.

Cheers - Justin

No part numbers though so finding out which cars they fit will be tricky if the seller doesnt know, my guess is its a load of obscure parts that are kind of worthless, with the odd good part.
stuff like the ecu, they are reliable bits of kit but if they do go for the money being asked you could buy a whole matching car for your own and use it for parts.

My thoughts too, you could get a complete car for a lot less than that.

Hi All

Keeps happening as far as I can see but not for much longer.
In the last year many Pug and Cit dealers have been required to clear old stock off books.
Some produce detailed lists and hope, some follow the official proceedure and pay to dispose by the skip load to scrap, some sell individual items via ebay,
some quietly sell or pass on job lots. Price expectation often holds the key to achieving rapid clearance or not.
Having seen a few lot lists and aquired a fair few individual items I can say there are some gems but most lots are 95% unsaleable and not worth even viewing.
