Yea I think I can help you here. This is mk.1 pre dead lock type.

Ps. Is that front or rear..?

fantastic, yes its front,
it doesnt break its contact to ground when locking so the central locking just bounces!

Its defo the lock and not any of the plugs on the lock or between the door and A pillar?

yes thank you, ive tested all wiring independently back to the locking module and the door connections, 100% lock.
