Bendix ABS unit

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Bendix ABS unit

Post by Polestar » Thu Jan 05, 2023 5:19 pm

Can anyone point me in the direction of a replacement Bendix ABS block for my 1995 Mk2 2.1td estate? Or are these blocks serviceable? I do have some numbers of the block if this helps.

I have been weeks tracking down an issue where my rear brakes hold pressure after you let off the brakes (it eventually releases). Changed Dosier value, cleaned/flushed out system and brake lines etc only to find that the pressure seems to be being held in the ABS block.

This one is fighting me all the way!

Many thanks

Murray

Hi there,

I sourced one in the end, all fitted, working well.

Many thanks for coming back to me,
