strut top nut m16 very fine thread

Hi has anybody got i think is m16 fine thread nut for strut top, or tell me if m16 x 1mm pitch thread is correct for the small dia strut tops that fit

It is M16 x 1mm thread.

All Series 1 Xm used that 23mm size strut. The later 25mm strut, 18mm thread iirc, was introduced on the heavier Series 2 Xm, starting with the 2.5Td.
With appropriate, matching, strut tops the struts are interchangeable as the actual piston size didn't alter.
