Hi all, I'm in need of a replacement turbocharger for a TCT.

I've been on the forum for a couple of years but never posted before. Ive got a 1994 series 1.5 TCT prestige and I've been gradually sorting out the many issues i bought it with over the last 2 years.

Its now my main car doing a 60mile commute 4 times a week, but it has a badly cracked turbo exhaust housing that makes it quite noisy, especially at startup. A past owner/garage has already attempted to weld it and i've tried a temp fix with exhaust paste but it really needs replacing now.

I'm based in Liverpool but can travel to collect if anyone has one

Member Degens is breaking a 2.0Tct that has just had a new turbo fitted.

Thanks for the suggestion Deiselman. I have now obtained the replacement Turbo from Degens. Quite a job removing it but we managed eventually. Now its just finding time to fit it to mine....

When you come to fit it, You might find it easier coming in from the underneath from the front end of the car, and sliding back to the cross-member, i found it a lot easier doing it that way, than trying to fit from the top
