Wanted: Engine mount rubbers

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Engine mounts for 2.1td..........

If it's part 6 that you need, I think they're all the same size.
I bought one from the ebay seller, I haven't fitted it yet (I couldn't get the old one out), but I compared it to the old one and it's exactly the same size.

Great illustration Paul; I would've looked but I got dumped out of service Citroen the last
time they had a purge and haven't bothered creating a new account with VAT numbers.
Silly thing is, when using it in the past I've saved a whole lot of wasted time when ordering
or even deciding whether to pay new prices direct with the local parts/service counter.

The problem not viewing the illustration is the bush numbered 6 is dotted from the lower mount
(item 2) and you need the bush or the whole of item 4. Check the diameter/size of the top bush
that's in doubt if that's worn as item 6 may very well be the job for both top/bottom.

In case it's of any use, the dimensions given for part 6 are........DIAM 70x10-53........
I assume that to mean diameter 70mm, width 53mm, centre hole diameter 10mm.

Citroen prices are (inc VAT) part 6..........£15.87 and part 4...........£119.13.

I have to open a new account nearly every time I go on there, I'm always getting locked out.
Also, the site doesn't always work properly. But it's really useful when it does :D

I always save any diagrams that I access on their website, I've built up a good library of them now. Very useful.

Yes, it looks like it is part 4 I need. Don't think I'll be getting a new one at £100+

Have to keep an eye out for a breaker on eBay I guess.

Citroenxm may well have one spare as he has a TCT engine kicking about i think, then you can just upgrade to the number (4) style one.

Hmm, I've had another look, and it isn't the same as part 4 in teh diagram. It is a rubber bush bonded into a steel bracket, which bolts onto the engine mount bracket.

Sorry, but it is a bit hard to photograph. you're looking down on it from above, and you can see teh allen head of the bolt that fits it to the engine mount just to the right.

Can anyone look up the part number, or got one of these available? It's on a 1993 2.1SED

you can swap the whole alloy arm from the engine and put the other style mount on if you find one of them cheap enough, its what i did, depends on the price of a new bush the same style as yours though i guess.
