He must be mad to sell it after spending all that money on it, which in itself doesn't speak volumes for WHM pre sale prep.

I have to say though, that picture of all three side on makes me think I'm doing the right thing having alloy wheels and S1 do look a little better..

Well, perhaps it would be a good idea to get a S2 since you haven't owned one before.

Personally, I really liked the 2.5. I admire John for his 2.5 dedication, he has more patience than I have. It is a great engine, and suits the Xm very well.

I'm being a miser and want the fuel economy of the 2.1. I already have one 3 litre TD, so can get my speed fix from that.

A 2.5 would fit nicely between the 2.1 and the 3.0...

I thought it looks like a good car. Might even consider it as a replacement for my 2.1.

Trouble is, he has chucked a lot of money at it, so I suspect he will want it to go for more than I'd be willing to pay (I'm a bit tight when it comes to buying XMs, I remember when you could get them for pennies...)
