I'd buy this with no 2nd thought, but it's a non-starter, and that's my personal limit in being...venturesome :-(

Not for some of us!! Closest to Dean actually. Wow.

Interesting stuff; bit of a shame it's a non runner but that could mean the price won't go too silly.
I must admit I'd love it as I prefer the colour to mine and it's half the mileage too. :o Maybe a
reshuffle for me should be in order even in my unravelling situation - sometimes you cannot
choose the circumstances and opportunities as they present themselves.

I'll have my new transporter trailer this coming weekend too. :?

I've just got in and getting my head around things again so replies will be posted to pm's asap.

Now that might be worth a look.
Just half an hour down the road too.
Is this going to be a guess the immobiliser code game?

Messaged them to ask what they actually tried when starting it!
Betting money will be no code for the immobiliser. There's an art
to moving and transporting a dead Xm and I've had plenty of practice.

I still can't believe that fella Campbell and I purchased an Xm
from who weighed a fully working one of these in

- MAKES ME FEEL ILL THINKING ABOUT IT! :? :? :|

Didn't the last one of these fall off the radar after a few days listing?

Guess if I was a betting man, I'd say their email inbox will be cooked
by some interesting offers. Wonder if there'll be a "I'll let it run as there's
been a lot of interest shown..." reply where at least it can remain a
spectator event rather than drop out into the ether.

Hi, does anyone know if a 12valve ecu will fit this 24v car? I`m sure I`ve still got one somewhere.

Tempting as this may be, it's 465 miles from me.

As it's a non runner it'd need trailering home which makes it a 930 mile round trip.

Think dad would have something to say if I comandeered his Range Rover, trailer and him to do a trip like that!

No, a 12v ECU won't fit this car, the injection systems are different.

David.
