Need a XM 2.1 Diesel Cylinder Head to save a VSX Estate

[Six-cylinder]

My friend Derek has a 1996 XM 2.1 VSX auto estate that has blown its heat gasket. The head has been sent away for testing, unfortunately after pressure testing it been diagnosed as cracked in the valve area and not weldable.

Can anyone help with a second-hand XM 2.1 Diesel cylinder head they can sell?

Derek is threatening to scrap the car, I have driven it many times and it is far too good to lose it. Can anybody help as we often travel together and take in turns to provide the car. Then I usually drive, who knows what he will buy if the XM is lost and expect me to drive!

I am not sure how heavy a 2.1 head is but in case it helps, Interparcel will ship up to 30Kg ( that's 66lbs in old money) for 6.99+vat and up to 40Kg for 10.99. They actually use UPS and it is nominally a 1 or 2 day service, I have used it half a dozen times and they have always delivered next day. Kit
