m reg 2.5td estate for breaking...

I have been offered a 2.5td estate for breaking but being about to take another for breaking do not have the space to break.
Is anyone interested in this car before it goes to scrap?
The guy wants £150 for it, i dont know what condition its in, but it is located in north walsham currently.

If it goes scrap, any chance of getting the front strut tops and legs off it before?

Any idea why it's being broken for spares or scrapped?

Good old Estate rot? 2.5 Cylinder head issues? Slipping clutch?

I think its got cylinder head issues but am not 100%.
not sure what the tops are like.
I should know more tommorow when i see him and quiz him.
I know its green with cloth interior.
