If anyone has any of the following spare I would appreciate them.

Radio aerial, possibly complete with base.
Front and rear ashtray cigarette lighter and surround.
Front o/s sidelamp, condition unimportant.
Height selector control knob or unit.
Tailgate dark smoked lighting strip.
Sunroof wind deflector spring arm and metal clamps if poss.
Glovebox gas lifters * 2
Heater control panel for rotary dial. I only need the fan speed white nylon speed control piece really.
Heater knobs * 6.

I'm sure there will be other bits as we go along.

Height selector control knob or unit.Maybe, let me check

Has anyone got any idea how you get the manual height control out. One of mine is seized solid and after lubing it I foolishly clouted it to start it moving...only it didn't..but the top of the control knob did...

I'll add glovebox latch onto the list as well.

In response to your query on removal of the height control unit Will, ideally you need to remove the complete centre console and side panels for access and there are only a couple of 10mm bolts that hold the unit as I recall. I had to replace one recently that had a missing plastic lever end and the task is not too difficult. All the best, Matthew T.

Remove the side panel and there are a couple of bolts holding it all in place. Its fairly straightforward when yoou see it. There is a bolt that holds a gear affair onto the selector rods as well. Its just pulls out with a bit of wiggling.

So it's all done from inside the car?
