A good colour that is

Looks a tidy and cheap car, nice to see a 2.5 estate in good condition.

Im on the look out for a tidy Xm estate for someone, that looks decent.

That does look nice, and it seems to be finding some potential purchasers too.

As already stated as nice example but even though its a VSX spec. for some reason although fitted with full A/C and climate control the later VSX spec. XM's fitted with the foul Wallpaper design velour seat/trim lacks the air feed vents from the dash/console to the rear passengers (Via the front door ducting) but does at least has a sunroof as the later VSX saloon models without the rear passenger air/heating ducts usually never had a sunroof

With it being a low mileage 3 owner vehicle I would expect this to achieve in the region of £1850 (Also being manual as it's a 2.5TD) the one for winners IMHO !

Maybe Peter N will be interested (It's about time he sampled a 2.5TD estate) as the saying goes 'A change is as good as a rest' !

Odd how they took spec off while adding it to later Xms, they also do without headlight washers too.

I was aware of that Chris, I just forgot to state in the posting

My friend once had an 'R' reg. 2.1 TD VSX Auto, saloon/hatchback in the same colour as the 'T' reg. estate, which also had the gross 'Wallpaper Design' velour seats/trim (Which we replaced with a nice black leather-set) but it too was the poverty/de-spec. VSX version (minus headlamp jet-wash, minus the 'B' post/rear passenger heater/ventilation and minus the FF electric tilt/slide sunroof) !

The one my friend had was previously owned by TERRY NUTKIN'S who inherited it from JOHNNY MORRIS who bought/owned it from new.

My friend owned/used it until the sluggooomatic gearbox failed, he then sold via E-bay IIRC to some who was a CCC member at the time but that was a good few years back now, he also sold it with the original 'Wallpaper Design' interior seats/trim which the new owner was intending to change back to how it left the factory

Back on topic ! Are you going to have a punt/bid on this one then Chris ?
