Due to a range of pressures/influences, I have decided to replace my V6 XM (12 valve) with a more modern vehicle. Since even the very best cars like this have no trade in value I am initially offering it for sale to forum users.
The basics are these:
V6 12valve auto
Dark blue with tan leather interior in excellent condition throughout
Approx 84k miles, although the replacement speedo shows 56k
Test until Jan 28. Tax to end Feb
Excellent engine and smooth gear change, over the last 400+ miles it has returned 28mpg
7 spheres recently recharged to correct specs = smooth ride with no undue noises
Most amazingly, the left matrix is perfect!
The car is in the north east, between Darlington and Stockton/Middlesbrough.

I really like the colour combination of the Mauritius Blue and Cream leather.

I have a 1995 2.0 TCT Manual Hatch in white on LPG. IT has alloys and black leather, years MOT. I'll take your Blue car as a "trade in" if you are interested in sticking with XMs?

V6 Xms are about the only ones that I haven't owned. I have had just about everything else.

Rob, I hope that the car gets the owner it deserves, and goes for the price that it deserves to sell for also.
