Are you the same Stuart (Pug 205 enthusiast) who was selling parts on here from an engine donor car a couple of years ago?

Yes, that's me, I couldn't get in on my old account, stripped the engine down now and it's only the big end shells, managed to get them for £30, got the 205 on the rollers the over say, 165 bhp but was overfilling so bad it dropped off the screen, which turns out has caused the damage to the engine through bore wash and the turbos on its way out, so turbo upgrade and shells sorted should be fun, over fueling had been solved

What you need is a nice 2.1td lump in there. They are tunable without any mods up to about 165bhp and shed loads more torque than the petrol.
