Ive Already asked them about strut tops, so will report back, or buy them myself if they are any good. Thats if the car still runs and they can get it high enough to photo the undersides...

Looks as though he wants to sell the whole car, which wouldn't suit. Are you thinking about buying it to strip Paul?

It's not clear whether it's a TCT or 16v / 8v 2.0i as all DVLA lists is 1998
and attempting to insure it doesn't bring the car model up on a few online
sites I'm registered to.

Would love to get some straight grey panels in ETW if this is the right blue!
I'm still trying to better the ones I do plan on keeping in case you're wondering!! lol

They are indeed Csmpbell and I definitely still want to get them ASAP.
It's no riddle why I wouldn't mind good panels - I have x2 cars in this colour!!

It must be a 2.0i 8v on a 'J' plate surely Andrew rather than a TCT and the colour looks like ETC Silicon Grey, which seems to have replaced Meteor Grey around 1992. I have an early TCT in ETC (see photo attached) and I am guessing the colour you are after is Mercury for your 24v? With regards, Matthew T.

Yep. my mind is in a state of some daze so it can't be a 16v! The ETW cars are both TCT's.
I just realised from another look at the photo for this auction that the bodywork will be
ruined which would explain why there are no door mirrors...

Cows and horses love rubbing themselves against cars parked in their field, especially the
mirrors that hit the spot nicely and the cow 'headgear' also does unmentionable carnage
to flat panels when they rummage around the edges of the car where the grass always
seems to grow longer and likely taste nicer? I know as some of my cars were once parked
in such a way and I've had a perfect Cx bonnet and a set of doors on an Xm ruined.

That's a lovely colour Matthew - can't say I've ever seen (or bought! lol) one in this colour!
I've got a few boggo 8v 2.0i's in a J reg so it can't be assumed to be a TCT.

Its a 2.0 petrol. Parked up due to needing new spheres and not having an MoT.

Been in field about 2 years. Panels are described as "OK, but you'll have to check them yourself"
