PRV engined at that age I presume?
Bit early for the ES9/4HP20 as that did not appear until 1997.

This sounds like the same car that was on Autotrader for about £1k more than this initially a few months back.
There were pictures with that ad and it looked fantastic in them, I have to say.

Whys that a Shame Imp?? The PRV makes a STUNNING sound which is AMAZING! Even better is the PRV 24v with Twin intakes! I hope to have my 24v sorted by CXM and bring her this year!
Then you will know the "Proper" noise..

I am sure it sounds ace being a 90 degree engine, but for a daily driver the consumption would be crippling, the PRV seems to have what one would call a 'habit'

Complexity and thirst are what put me off too James. however if I were to have a V6 it would have to be a S1 PRV.
I'm sure the ES9 is a fantastic engine, sounds gorgeous in a Xantia, but I like S1 too much!
