Hi guys,

I 'have' (currently located in Glasgow), a 1976 CX 2200 Pallas.
Its a very long and arduous story, but after a failed attempt to get the car home late last year, it is still residing at the seller's house, but he is fast running out of space (and patience), and I'm really not in a position to go over and collect it for the forseeable future, so it needs to go.

The car runs, but has no MOT or tax (though its hardly done any miles since its last MOT), so would need trailered away. In addition, the front nearside tyre is flat, so you'd need to inflate and fit the spare.

Rather than get into detail about the car, I'll refer you to this thread by the previous owner but one, where he offered the car before originally before it was obtained by the guy I bought it from.

I did pay 350 quid for it at the time, so any donation of beer tokens would be appreciated, however is not expected, just saving it from going to the crusher (which is where it will end up soon if this isn't resolved), is payment enough to be honest.

If you're interested just post here, or PM me :)

Cheers

Ciarán

The problem is time is a factor now, the car is still sitting in the exact spot I left it, and now access is needed for machinery etc, so it needs to move ASAP. I daresay if it doesn't go inside the next week it'll be going to the scrappers. Ill post up on the CX club later, maybe the original owner would like it back
