Cheap V6 restoration project anyone?

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

Nice low mileage well spec'd V6 with what looks to be an excellent interior. Will surely need a full respray, looks like its been stood for longer than it says.

Might not take much to get it going again though.

I agree it looks like its been there longer than the expiry of Tax/MOT.

Betting is it lost it's keys and when finally coaxed into life the hydraulics just dumped LHM out all over the ground
where its been slowly sinking in during the meantime and the owner just walked away taking his cherished number
before it turned into a pumpkin.

Really, the chances are all the pipes are all shot to hell under there. The UV has not only bleached the maroon
paint but all the scuttle plastics and the rear 1/4 roof trims too - been flying to close to the sun in this one?

In it's current state it's probably already near it's true Market value for the seats engine and box. I suppose if
someone really fancied an auto v6 s1 in a particular colour choice of their own this is their chance to get it
done to their spec.. CGAT paintscheme and 17" alloys anyone!?

You would somehow need to get Shane to do a 2-pack job on it!?

So who's bidding? Anyone want to own up? Could be a car to replace one of Rodders' burnt out v6's and IIRC it's in
his part of the world - anyone been in recent contact with him to tell him we're all still here?

Nice opportunity S1. LPG that one, and enjoy many miles of effortless driving with the V6's torque.

You can see the mileage is original from the leather seat (still a mat shade) and the alloys -they r like new!-.
