I can't help but be tempted by this. Something about a S1 that appeals to me.

She is a mk1.5.
The answer posted on Ebay about the rust reveals that there will be a fair bit of work to do. A careful study of the rather poor photos also shows that the rear N/S panel has a couple of awkward dings right on the corner :/

I see that the seller of K21 CEO has pulled the listing and cancelled all the BIDS (£280) !

quite possibly yes! noooooo. Not me. I lost my 2.1 auto in July. Replaced it with Raggers mandarin 2.1 auto. Two days later
( it's more powerful that the average 2.1 auto..... 
Still I do like the colour and actually wouldn't of minded that. But it does look like it's had a bit of a hard life.

I see that K21 CEO is back up F/S on E-BAY with a new seller/owner (Or possibly a 'Private Car Dealer') as the location is now Manchester (Previous Owner/Seller was in Carlisle) !
