URGENT - HELP NEEDED!

Guys not to put to fine a point on it im in a bit of a situation at the moment with the xm....

As ive previously posted i need a fuel pump for a 93 2.1td as the seals have gone in mine...it still runs great but the fumes are making us ill using it.

I have a limited budget, and willing to travel within reason, but i need one ASAP! as this is our daily driver / family car at the moment.

If anyone can help in any way, please get in touch

If i dont come across anything in the next 24-48 hours ill be sticking it up for sale as it is and ill have to get a cheap banger until im back on my feet again.

If you can help or know someone who could? Other than Jim (who ive messaged, and Paul, who doesnt have one) please let me know

Next tip then, get it refurbished. Cost a bit but can't see you to regret it. You don't know what you get when you finally find an old one. I for one would never put an old pump in but invest in a properly resealed one.

I agree. By the time you sell it and buy another car, you could have had the pump resealed and then it's done for another 22 Years and more importantly, you still have the car.

I have a 2.5 pump, my mate has one from a 1.9 if thats any use?

2.5 pumps completely different tim.. they are drive by wire.. where 2.1s early cars are complete mechanical

then later cars are lucas electronic..
