WTD: Door upper trim clips

The upper door trim on my XM is making an infuriating noise. Investigating the upper trim resulted in the discovery of broken metal clips. Anyone know where I might source some replacements? This is the bit that goes up alongside the window.

Id possibly be able to find some, got a few doors lieing around, and are useually removed fully trimmed!!
