BX 4x4

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

BX 4x4

Post by ds21 » Sat Oct 10, 2009 6:13 pm

Hi, I`ve a BX19 4x4 estate (carb model) in met. blue with grey velour interior. 130,000 miles been off the road a fair time but starts, drives etc. Few marks here and there but nothing drastic. I`m looking for £120 as this is what I`ll get from weighing it in. I`ve tried the BXclub but not a lot of interest.
A shame really but if no takers it`ll probably be scrapped next week.

Cheers, Andrew

Whereabouts are you located - is the bodyshell solid or rotting around the windscreen and rear wing door jambs etc?
Did you ever get anywhere with that Activa that was playing hard to get lifting at the front; is it even still in the
land of the living?

Hi, I don`t think it has any rust in the body, I`ll check tomorrow. The Activa has just been left out on the road at the moment, but the tax is up at the and of the month so something will have to be done before then. (I am hoping to blag the seats out of it, not leather but electric)

Cheers, Andrew

You can't scrap an Activa! I could do a deal with you for it as I have spare seats - cloth and leather.
Whereabouts are you!?

The Bx sounds too good to weigh in - no interest on bx club!!!!!???? Any piccies of the both?

No you cant scrap an Activa! Do a deal with Andrew, he has a large Xantia family where im sure it would be happy! :)

Whats wrong with the Activa? S1 or 2?

The BX sounds good too, cant believe no one on the BX forum wants it. There cant be many 4x4s around now, might be an idea to list it on ebay?

Andrew, nice to see a list of your current drives! Cant recall seeling a picture of your V6 Xm, which one it that?
