All the alloys have good, clean hub-facings; there is some scabbing to the rims; with Wheel-3 being the worst. But overall; I'd say they were in good condition. With a good clean/polish (especially between the spokes), they'd come up really well. Tyres are all legal, with the one having plenty of tread (maybe 5 to 6mm). The rest, I'd say one has ~3.5mm to 4mm, and the other two have ~2.5mm to 3mm (best guess). The tyre on the steel-spare looks new (no tread wear).
