Working sunroof cassette WANTED

I'm after a working sunroof cassette, I'm sure they're all the same from S1 to S2, not too bothered if it leaks, as long as the seal is in relatively good condition. Again, sunroof must operate freely.

I've no problem sharing info, I just want to make sure it works first, and cost will be about £10.

I was joking.

The issue is the plate overt he front drive mechanism is sealed with sealant. Once this gives out the water overflows into the cable channel and drive gear area and leaks down through the motor unit into the interior lighting console.

I was going to wait until I'd successfully completed this, but its worth sharing my idea to gain some feedback.

I'm sure you've all heard of vehicle wrapping? Did you know you can get clear material that looks invisible when wrapped on a vehicle?

My idea is if you wrap the whole glass and have the excess hanging over the edges, when you push the cassette back into place there 'should' be no way the water can leak into the cockpit. Almost the same as wrapping in thick cling film. My only concern is that it will be a very tight fit going back in and the roof may no longer operate. Im not sure on how it will look, when finished. That's why I need to try.

So, thoughts anyone?

I admit I have no experience at all but judging by old posts I remember, isn't it supposed to leak in the first place? Just made to safely channel all that water to outlets and back to the outside world?
