I am a very new member having recently bought K21 CEO TD 2.1 Auto SED. I am trying to find the original type radio the Clarion PC 300 which of course can be remote from the steering wheel. Does anyone have one to sell ?

By the way.. with the correct radio you can also have a clarion cd changer unit also in the system.. of which i can also supply too as there's a few about!

Can a clarion Pc300 have CD changer, I thought only the Philips units were CD compatible.

When I bought the XM some previous owner had installed a clarion CD unit in the glove box causing untold damage to the box. There was a replacement box with the car so the unit was removed. The radio is one of these modern units that does everything but is impossible to use.
So yes I need the radio and a speedo or cluster but I have the CD changer which incidentally could not be connected to the radio as the radio was not equipped to accept it. Confused or what!

According to the XM handbooks Citroen never fitted CD unit to cars with PC300 radios.
PC 300 radio/cassette instructions were included in launch year owners manual, 1991 MY, 1991 MY and 1993 MY owners manual.
PC 202 radio/cassette instructions were first issued as an addendum for the 1992 MY.
This suggest that both types of PC R/C were fitted from 1992 MY with XM version determining type fitted.
The PC 202 instructions were updated for the 1993 MY to include instructions for the optional CD player.
