Hello, my outlet hose has sprung a leak. Looking to see if I can source a replacement.

If my service-box voodoo is correct it’s P/N 1351 K2 and looks like the thing in the screenshot.

This is for a Series 1 2.0i Turbo with A/C so something from that vintage would do the trick.

That's basicly the bottom hose if I read that correctly?

I've a couple of 2.1td hoses but not sure if they are a suitible suppliment and also have the steel centre section where it passes along the subframe..

And a quick look shows on the td the bottom hose is seperate to the T piece to the bottom of the bottle.

Some of those twinned and branched hoses did become single ones, iirc (eg 2.5 top hose).

Yes it’s the bottom hose. When I get it out I should have a better idea if it could be repaired with a join to replace where it’s split or make up a new one if none available. (I did find one online but they were asking 200Euros, no thanks.).

Metalcaucho (there's an online catalogue) don't do this item, but they do offer a range of standard hosing, in 1m straights, 90deg bends, etc. Various other companies offer similar.
You can give hoses some protection from chafing by cutting open a length of same/larger hose, and snapping it on to the outside of one to be protected. Hold in place with cable ties.

Thanks for the links. I was able to get to just the bit with the split in it so simplest fix in-situ looks like cut that bit out and couple the existing bits together with some aluminium pipe & clips. The split is in a straight section.
