Hi thanks for your help i need series 1 ecu pin outs not s2 which i have im trying to locate inertia switch wiring or switch location many thanks

There isn't an inertia switch on a Series 1 car.

What exactly is the problem?

Hi fuel pump not switched on from 807 relay pin 3 from ecu not connected to ground if i connect a wire to pin 3 and ground pump works and engine fires up i fitted s/h ecu still the same fault

Demario, if you can post your RP number, I'll dig out the correct circuit diagram for your injection ECU.

I think the attached should contain the correct diagrams for you.

The diagram for engine codes RFZ using Motronic 3.1 shows the fuel pump to be controlled by relay 816, which is fed +12v from relay 807 receiving power from the Ign switch and Gnd.

Relay 816 is controlled by the ECU Pin 20 going to Gnd.

Firstly, check you have all the appropriate power feeds and Gnd for the ECU to function, then read the fault codes and go from there.

Obviously the ignition and fuel side of the system work, as you can force it to run.

Thanks for the RP number. The circuits I have here don't go back far enough, so I hopefully Will's (Dieselman's) document will help.
