Hi John..5 spd manual...new clutch a couple of thousand miles ago...only due to clutch release lever on gearbox stiffening up and when apart seemed like sense to stick a new clutch kit in. Cheers Jon

Soz guys...minor public health scare got in the way...got chance to look at again today...after a bit of fuee and wiring tinker shes starting fine all electric windows work etc. See pics washed and still wet...so looks nice and shiny. Will take a couple of pics when dry...
I'll add the pics when i work out how? Anyone out yhere give us some guidance? Thx Jon

Ok guys thx for all your help, got most issues sorted and i couldnt seem to load pics i thought put on FB marketplace cos its very easy to do and then msg you chaps with the link.....but within an hour it sold to a local guy, hes got a Xantia but wanted an XM.....and is a mechanic by trade. Thx for your help.

At the price you were asking I'm not surprised it sold quickly.
A mechanically fuelled 2.1 manual is a great car to own and an XM is a good step up from a Xantia.

I will second that, I ran 2.1 manual estates for about 15 years and a lora lora miles. Brilliant!

Thx guys...yes i thought price was right go close to it. Its always a balance of time vs money....i could've spent 4 solid days and relevant expense...mot full valet...lots of little bits soon add up and got 1250 in current circumstances if at all....its gone to a guy in durham who runs a garage and is into citroens so hopefully will live a long time yet....thx for help anyway.
