Im looking for both left and right towing eye covers, any colour as i will repaint them, looking for someone who would post to australia?

Most people with S2 cars are looking or them..
I think it's an item that needs 3d printing to build stocks..

Have put out a feeler on FCF about 3D help, in the hope someone may have the facility themselves.
Have also started to request quotes from commercial 3D scanner-printers for these items, initial qty of 20 of each of L & R side.
Helpfully, they look to be mirror-images of each other.
Interestingly, there is only one part number shown for these. Were they originally supplied as a L+R pair?

If we can find anyone able to manufacture at an acceptable price, they may be scope for other parts, eg fresnels, maybe auto gear handles.

How strange.. As they are sided on S2 cars so are mirrors of each other.. I've come across one in my move but think I'll need it for the S2 exclusive my mate has..
If ones needed however for copying it then could be loaned out.. However the opposite side needs finding. I don't know off top of my head which side I have..

Gear levers are a very good one.. As they aren't just Xm but also ZX, Xantia, xzara and I think Bx too

My guess is that only one side could be needed, as the scanning software might be able to generate the other one?
Strange about the pt.no...

Yea. They are larger then S1 as access to the indicator / fog unit needs to be had from behind the unit...on S1 Cars the units simply popped out of the bumper..

Factory supply was as a pair in a single bag hence the single part number.
I know because I bought a set and and also Mk 2 mirror shells some years ago.
I may have a few of the covers but no way to check for the next few weeks or perhaps months.
The design needs modifying as with age they both warp and the clips break off.
Many are missing due to either removal or falling out.

Took to adding a self-tapper to each to keep them in place, as soon as I learned they went missing, then NFP.
They can get scraped and clouted on a sudden incline or ramp, along with the rest of the underside of the front bumper.
