Posting a topic about this so people know it just not them.

SQL ERROR [ mssql_odbc ]

[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int. [22003]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.
Googling led me to bug PHPBB3-15665. Any chance we're running older version than 3.2.5 and attachment directory size hit ≥ 2GB, overflowing the int type? Another one that could be related is PHPBB3-16245
