Hi Peter,

Yep, Ken mentioned that here earlier. Its encouraging to see some progress. I don't think it changes much with regard to this site, but its good to know something is being done.

Don't be sorry, I missed it myself initially, plus we've had 300 posts in 4 days, so not surprising :D

Hi All

Anyone heard anymore from Noz or had any actual real contact with him?

If not I guess we may have to try a bit more self help.

Perhaps the baby did get thrown out with the bath water!!!!

Maybe when the back door closed on us it also closed on Noz.

Anyone out there think we have not waited long enough to give Club-XM.com a fair chance of reserection?

The alternative is that to keep you occupied in the meantime I post up 6 megabytes of stuff about what I did last Boxing Day.

Hi John

Just go on and show us what u did then!!! :D

Re. club-xm, I've seen that last night the front data-table has changed again so prob someone working on it as noted elsewhere.

But, personally, I don't see this forum as competing with the other one, neither feeling that I'm hampering the efforts of anybody. Even if the other forum restarts, I'm likely to continue posting here also ,why not? Do we not do this with other similar fora? I think the more XM-dedicated spring-offs there are, the better. Time will show which one(s) catch(es) up better. There are a few other XM-fora on the net if u search carefully, most of which are in "coma" status for years now, with just a few posts, but we wouldn't know if they had not been created, would we? Besides, the mix of people is possibly likely to become different between fora -see the example of clubxm Vs. yahoo XM-L-.

Personally, if clubxm came back I'd initially be hanging around on both sites and posting as I feel like, probably posting identical stuff on both if I feel the stuff is especially important...

Anyway, even if you don't agree with my personal view, again I think you shouldn't restrain yourself from posting whatever you like here, if you feel like it? Even if your effort could be lost bec of future developments, what the heck! :)

regards!
George

Right here. :)

I do agree with your point George, I certainly don't perceive this site as 'competing' with Club-XM, and see no reason why they can't peacefully co-exist, if it ever does return.
Like you say, its the internet, you can visit and post whatever you like, and the more the merrier.

Hi Chris,

While we probably have plenty at the moment (4, not including me), I do see there being a further need for others to join that list as we get more content posted and actually move to a more organised list of categories. So certainly if you're interested in helping with that kind of thing keep an eye out.
